Where I work

I’m based in Tuscany and I cover the whole region and its coast — Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano, the Chianti, and the ports of Livorno, La Spezia and Marina di Carrara. If you’re arriving by cruise ship, I meet you right at the pier where your ship docks. If you’re staying in Tuscany, I usually pick you up at your hotel or in the town centre. Either way, we agree the exact spot when we book, so you know precisely where to find me.

Before you write

A few details help me build the right day the first time:

• your date and, for cruise guests, your ship and its scheduled times in port;
• how many of you are travelling (I take up to eight);
• the places or experiences at the top of your list.

I recommend getting in touch 48–72 hours ahead, and 1–2 weeks ahead in peak season (April–October). No deposit is needed to confirm — you can read the frequently asked questions for how booking and payment work, or see the tours first if you’re still deciding.
