One person for the whole day

Most visitors get either a driver who can’t guide or a guide who can’t drive. I’m both, licensed for each. That means one person meets you, drives you in a new Mercedes minivan, walks you through the museums and old towns, and brings you home — no group to wait for, no van shared with strangers, no detour through a shop that pays commission. Never more than eight guests, always private.

Shore excursions from Livorno, La Spezia and Carrara

A large part of my guests arrive by cruise ship. If that’s you, the worry behind every question is making it back on time — so let me answer it first: return before your ship sails is always guaranteed. I meet you at the pier, watch the ship’s schedule all day, keep a safety margin, and you decide the return time. Between the gangway and the last stop, the day is entirely yours.

Why private, not a group tour

A coach tour moves at the speed of its slowest fifty people and stops where its operator has an arrangement. A private day moves at yours and stops where you want. It costs a little more than a seat on a bus and gives you back the thing you came for: time, in the right places, explained by someone who knows them.
